It is in a perfect location, slightly secluded but close to all the shopping and dining area. The attention of the staff is fantastic, especially the gentleman at the reception in the afternoon. The small free refreshment you can have at any time in the reception area is a detail.
parking lot is a real tetris. You have to leave the key of the car so that they can move it if they have to take out any vehicle already parked, which, personally, I don't like at all. Luckily there is a parking lot right in front much better. spa area (heated pool and sauna) is not a place for children to play (at least it should be). we were there, group of French people thought it was the municipal swimming pool and children lacked "bombing". I don't think that kind of behavior should be allowed.

The situation is good, near the main shops a few streets away. Parking and reception services are good, with friendly and attentive people . As for the room, the three chosen were spacious.
The access for cars from the outside is somewhat complicated, it should be adapted. It's great to have a space at breakfast for gluten intolerant people, but if you're also lactose intolerant, it's difficult. The cleanliness of the three rooms is fair (being generous in the assessment): there was hair and dirt all over the floor. One of them had a really unpleasant pipe smell. Finally, they need more staff for the restaurant: the fact that they are overcrowded on a Tuesday night, taking into account that it is low season, does not play in favour of the service typical of a 4-star hotel. The quality and price of the menu is somewhat expensive for the basic and simple thing that it is, with dishes that are not very elaborate.

Complimentary snacks at reception, Private shuttle to ski resorts, Local tours and activity bookings
The parking garage is a nightmare!!! Narrow spaces lead to inevitable scrapes, and the small spa is just a glorified hot tub, lacking the ambiance you'd expect from a proper wellness facility!!!

An excellent location within the municipality, close to Caldea and on the same shopping street where you can stroll through the shops and malls located there. excellent breakfast with multiple options in both sweet and salty, with fruit and breads of all kinds. hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly, with good solutions to problems. They also have a rest area, in the hotel hall, with free coffee and tea for guests. executive room is excellent, spacious and with lots of storage space, bathrobe and slippers are also appreciated. drink from the fridge, included in the room price, is a nice touch from the hotel and is very much appreciated.
dinner we had on Saturday was a little slow, waiters and staff were very nice.

comfort of the room, excellent attention of the staff, including the room cleaning girl.
There is a lack of variety in the offer for coeliacs. Breakfast especially, was very poor. In the bakery, they only offer a croissant, chocolate palm and some cookies. On the market, house Airos, Scheär or Ricardera have acceptable and varied products. There were jams, bread was a loaf in a paper bag, with a rubbery touch and a very good taste. Toast was missing. Proceli has some quite correct toast. For a four-star, gluten-free food offer is too poor. They need to improve this aspect, will not be difficult for them. Otherwise the food in the restaurant was good. price of the parking lot is too high. Although this is the result of the very serious and complicated parking problem in Andorra.

It was super quiet.... There was free internet at their business centre, which was a nice little room off the lobby. They also had a nice breakfast room with a very good breakfast There was a chef to take individal bacon and eggs orders.
The exorbitant price of the parking.

The breakfast is very good, there is a lot of variety, from fruit, cereals, different types of bread, jams, scrambled eggs, potato omelette, sausages, cheeses, buns, coffee, juices of all kinds, etc. Very good. At the reception they have a space with books, tables and chairs and something to drink if you want without any extra cost (coffee, milk, water, water with lemon, different types of tea and infusions, and if you arrive early, you can still find biscuits and some sweets. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable. Very good wifi connection, you can take it from any point of the hotel, even from the parking lot! If you are lucky, you can find a place in the car park for 20 ? per day, very practical to avoid having to walk around looking for a place to leave the car; you only have to enter the car and they will park it for you and take it out when you ask them to; the keys are theirs to keep, at night you can also take the car out at any time. Very close to the center, I have nothing bad to say.

Recommend it for couples
The location is just unbeatable, perfect for a little getaway and you're only a 5-minute walk from the local hot springs. The dinner was a standout, we were surprised by the quality of the dishes, like the tender meat selections and the good desserts.
It wasn't the cheapest option out there but still manageable.
